The study analyzes the employability of MBA graduate students in India using a Scopus-indexed corpus of 1,595 documents. The US and UK dominate productivity, while India shows strong annual output growth. The study identifies nine clusters centered on Higher Education, Master of Business Administration, Employment, and Sustainability. The shift towards digital skills and post-pandemic themes highlights gaps between theoretical emphasis and employer demands for practical, tech-enabled, and soft-skill competencies. Multi-stakeholder interventions, such as competency-based learning, mentorship, internships, and industry partnerships, are proposed.
