APPLICATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENT ON MANAGING FOOD SUPPLY CHAIN SYSTEM

Abstract

 Artificial Intelligence (AI) is very great changes the food business. Adopting Artificial Intelligent (AI) is changing in many areas from manufacturing to consumption. The food industry is on the brink of a technological revolution as Artificial Intelligence (AI) is projected to enhance the food supply chain significantly. Experts predict that within the next three years, 90% of food consumed globally will be influenced by AI in food supply chain processes. This rapid transformation is crucial for addressing the challenges posed by a growing global population, which is expected to reach 10 billion by 2050.The main aim of this study was to examine the application of Artificial Intelligent (AI) on food supply chain management such as Machine learning (ML), Artificial Intelligent is revolutionizing food production,,distribution, and consumption from farms to plates. Application of Artificial intelligence can be integrated throughout the food supply chain, increasing operational efficiency and decision-making. AI can also enhance predictive maintenance to ensure that equipment is being used to maximum efficiencies and productivity. The application of Artificial Intelligent is lead to more innovative, resilient,  efficiency, creativity, and sustainabilit  approach for food supply chain management.
