This study investigates how beverage packaging affects customer purchase behavior, concentrating on factors such container design, material, color, and branding that affect decisions to buy. The study uses a mix of consumer surveys and quantitative data analysis to pinpoint important elements that influence customer choices, such as sustainability, quality, and ease of use. The results show that brand loyalty and beautiful packaging are strongly correlated, with quality being the most important factor. The report also emphasizes how eco-friendly packaging can satisfy customers who care about the environment. This study ends with suggestions for using creative packaging to boost market competitiveness and encourage customer.
